Contracted this company to clear the flat of my deceased mother. Two young guys cleared EVERYTHING out of the rented property, including furniture, carpets, ornaments, white goods and food/household products, politely, efficiently, and respectfully. Excellent service.

The guys from Northern House Clearance have just cleared a house for me in Scotland. The house was packed not only with a lifetimes worth of memories, but all the clutter that goes with it. Within 2 days it was emptied down to the floorboards. A great job from a good team of lads. Highly recommended.

An excellent 5 star service. Firstly the compassion shown due to the circumstances which resulted in having to use their services, not just on the phone but by the team who arrived, on time, to perform the job. Above all a friendly attitude goes a long way in stressful times. Professional from the start to the end of the day and due to the amount of clutter a second day was needed. I could not believe how much was cleared in just one day, it was as if the clutter had it's own clutter to clear. Hope that I never need to use them again, but if I have to clear another property they will be the only people that I call. Highly recommend them. G.Hatton. Cheshire.

Highly recommended. From my initial enquiry I found them to be efficient and professional and was given an immediate quote. On the day the guys arrived promptly and were friendly, helpful and thorough. I would not hesitate to use this company again and I would recommend to others. I felt in good hands and I, m very happy with the service I received.

The team arrived bang on time and began work immediately. They continued for five solid days and completed the entire clearance of my late uncles house, which was a case of extreme hoarding over many decades. They even removed carpets, curtains and swept up so the house was ready for sale. They were exeptionally hard working, polite and charged a reasonable price for this incredibly difficult job. Terrific service, absolutely recommended.

House Clearance Carlisle Case Study

The staff that turned up to complete the house clearance were very courteous and helpful. On clearance day, there were 3 men who arrived at 9.00am and cleared the entire house within several hours, the guys even managed to find some sentimental items which I could not locate. I could not fault their work. They caused no damage to the property or paint work when removing the furniture etc. They even took a van full of items to a local charity shop in Carlisle! Would recommend highly to anyone who wants to have a stress free clearance. Thank you all for the wonderful service I had and for all your help.

In this case, a client called us to ask if we could clear a house that he’d just bought at auction. The detached Victorian property had three storeys, six bedrooms and a large garden, and the client intended to convert it into flats for rental. However, he couldn’t get started on the building work until he’d cleared the property and the garden, which were both in a bad state.

House Clearance Carlisle – Liability, Health & Safety Insurance

As members of the recycling industry will know, insurance is always a bone of contention, in that it always seems to be expensive and difficult to obtain. In addition, with ever changing legislation in respect of liability, health & safety and the new regulations on plant and equipment, it is essential that companies examine the cover they have at the moment.

Employer’s Liability cover is vital: House Clearance Carlisle standard policy provides an indemnity limit of £10 million. Its Public Liability indemnity limit of £2.5 million also covers for Product Liability, providing peace of mind for your business should there be a defect in the metal supplied which results in injury or damage. A unique feature of the Liability cover is that it also protects your business from any Financial Loss that may be sustained by the customer caused by damage from defective metal supplied by yourselves.

House Clearance Carlisle Recommended

It is strange, how in the short space of 10 years life can change so much. When I first started House Clearance Carlisle, the House Clearance in Carlisle business was concerned about the simple things in life – making a living, building your business, arranging nights out with your House Clearance competitors under the guise of trade bodies – everyone seemed very relaxed about life. Unfortunately for the House Clearance industry, the world reinvented recycling and, even more unfortunately, the power mongers decided it should be waste. Ever since then we have been involved in an uphill battle against what has often been nonsensical legislation.
