House Clearance Edinburgh Overview
Our Edinburgh House Clearance team arrived at the Bathgate property early in the morning and began with a detailed assessment of the items. The team split into two groups to ensure an efficient process, with two members of staff focusing on the house and the other member of staff tackling the attic and storage cupboard.
Reusable items, such as the dining table, beds, and sofa set, were separated and delivered to local charity organizations in Edinburgh. Kitchenware, books, and the vinyl records were boxed and also donated to charity shops.
The older appliances, such as the fridge freezer and microwave, were responsibly recycled at a licensed facility, along with the vacuum cleaner, which was no longer functional. Miscellaneous items from the attic were sorted, and anything reusable was donated, while damaged or non usable items were recycled at the local tip.
By late afternoon, the property was completely cleared, and the team ensured that every area, including the attic and storage cupboard, was left tidy and ready for the next stage of its sale. The house clearance in Edinburgh took four hours in total to clear – it was two van loads; one to charity shops and the other to the recycling center.
