Fenwicks Brewery Sunderland 1946/7

Incorporated as a public company in 1876 and taken over by William Younger and Co. in 1898, the business continued to trade under its own name.

The brewery was located in Low Street, Sunderland, and on the night of 15/16 May 1943 was hit by a 500 kilo bomb in a German air raid.
